Bhartiya Airport Jobs (BAJ) is dedicated to providing aviation recruitment services to support the rapidly expanding aviation industry in India. These include Mopa in Goa (₹3100 crore), Navi Mumbai (₹16,704 crore), Shirdi (₹320.54 crore), and Sindhudurg (₹520 crore) in Maharashtra; Bijapur (₹150 crore), Gulbarga (₹13.78 crore), Hasan (₹592 crore), and Shimoga (₹38.91 crore) in Karnataka; Kannur in Kerala (₹1892 crore); Durgapur in West Bengal (₹670 crore); Dabra in Madhya Pradesh (₹200 crore); Pakyong in Sikkim (₹553.53 crore); Karaikal in Puducherry (₹170 crore); Kushinagar in Uttar Pradesh (₹448 crore); Dholera in Gujarat (₹1712 crore); and Dagadarthi (₹293 crore), Bhogapuram (₹2260 crore), and Oravakallu (₹200 crore) in Andhra Pradesh. The construction timeline for these airports depends on factors such as land acquisition, mandatory clearances, and financial closures by the operators. In Maharashtra, the tendering process has been completed for some projects, with M/s. MIAL being the highest bidder.

Additionally, MoCA has received proposals for Greenfield Airports at locations like Ankleshwar and Rajkot in Gujarat; Bhiwadi (Alwar) and Shivdaspur (Jaipur) in Rajasthan; Dagadarthi, Bhogapuram, Tadepalligudem, Oravakallu, and Kuppam in Andhra Pradesh; Chingleput near Chennai in Tamil Nadu; Gwalior and Singrauli in Madhya Pradesh; Hisar in Haryana; Kothagudem in Telangana; Noida International Airport near Jewar and Saifai in Uttar Pradesh; and Karwar and Chikmagalur in Karnataka. Site clearance approvals have been granted for airports at Bhiwadi, Kothagudem, Rajkot, and Noida, while ‘in principle’ approval has been given for Dagadarthi, Bhogapuram, and Oravakallu.
